Summer Fun | Free & Cheap 2013 Summer Movies for Families (Indiana Deals)

Summer’s coming and it’s a great time to enjoy family movies for FREE or cheap, especially on rainy summer days. Here’s a few great places to find FREE movies around town.

Free Summer Movies in Theaters

Cinemark Summer Movie Clubhouse: Participating Cinemark theaters will offer 10 films for $5 or $1 per show throughout the summer. All films are rated G or PG for families. In Indiana, movies will start on June 5th in Indianapolis./Greenwood and June 11th in Valparaiso, Indiana and run for 10 weeks throughout the summer. Dates and times vary by location.

Quality Theaters: Participating Goodrich Quality Theaters offer $1 movies Monday through Friday at 10:00 AM starting June 10th through August 9th. Also enjoy $3.50 and $4.50 kiddie combos at the concessions.

Regal Summer Movie Express: Participating Regal Cinemas will offer family-friendly movies on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 AM for 9 weeks. In Indiana, movies start the week of June 4, 2013 in Bedford, Carmel, New Albany, and Seymour.

Movies in the Park

Check our local parks and recreation department to see if parks in your area offer FREE movies in the park. Local participating parks include, but are not limited to:

Carmel, Indiana: June 7-August 2, 2013
Fishers, Indiana: April 26-May 31, 2013

Indianapolis Public Library offers FREE family movies throughout the year at various locations around town. Check the calendar for dates, times, and locations. Make sure you switch the category to movies to find them quickly!
