Getting Children to Eat New Foods

With every recipe I post, eventually the question follows, “How do you get your kids to eat that???”. I never really thought about it until I was asked, but now I realize I did pull out every tool in my toolbox to get my children to eat the creative and sometimes interesting recipes that I was making with our tight grocery budget.
Though we try and try, kids just don’t always eat the way we’d like them to. Cookies and snacks go down with ease, but broccoli can be a completely different story. Though I’m not an expert by any means, I have had three children and each of them have come with their own ways to challenge me as a mother. Below are my tips and tricks for getting your young critics to enjoy meals and not just desserts.
