For a quick dinner on a busy night, my Mom used to make us hot subs. They were so good and seemed like a special treat.
1. Cut the french bread in half long ways and lay on cookie sheets.
2. On one side spread green peppers, onions and anything else. On the other side pile high with meats.
3. Top both sides with Cheese slices.
4. Bake in oven at 350 until warm and cheese is melted.
5. Slap together and cut sandwich into 4 inch sections and serve.
Serve with fruit salad, chips, veggie plate etc. I think a tuna melt sounds pretty good right now.

My children LOVE wraps, so I borrowed this recipe from Kraft Foods when it came across my inbox the other day. It was a big hit. Of course, my kids also like spicy foods!
INGREDIENTS
8 Baked Breaded Chicken Strips
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 TBSP Hot Pepper Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
4 Tortillas
1 Large Tomato (diced)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Mix mayo and hot pepper sauce together until blended. Layer lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, and cheese on the tortillas evenly. Top with mayo mixture, roll up, and serve!
