It says nothing on the cereal box about only being good with products from Sam’s Club. When I tried to redeem the coupons for a book for my grandson that message came up. I am confused. Is this a scam? I do not ever shop Walmart or Sam’s Club.

Linda, please be patient. I wasn’t around this weekend to reply to your comment. I’m just a stay-at-home mom who tries to help families in the area save money through this blog. I don’t have the ability to instantly reply to messages. I’ve been looking into your question. I can tell you, since it’s through a legitimate Kellogg’s website, it’s definitely not a scam. I would not share if I wouldn’t participating myself and I’d never participating in a scam. I’ve read through their website and it does not say anything about requiring purchases to be made at Sam’s Club. In fact, I don’t see any limitations regarding stores. It says you must purchase specially-marked boxes of Kellogg’s, Keebler, or Cheez-It products and does mention that specially-marked Kashi and Pringles products are also available at Walmart Only. If you have difficulties, it says to contact them through the “Contact” button on their website, so you may try that. I entered codes from products purchased at Kroger just to test and it worked fine for me, so I’m not sure why you’d’ be receiving an error. Did you click the link in this post to visit the Kellogg’s page? Make sure you are visiting Kellogg’s Free Book page and not the Scholastic Free Book page. I do see that the Scholastic’s page does only accept Sam’s Club codes, so you may be on the wrong page. Good luck!
