Cracker Spread
  • 2 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 pkg chopped beef
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp Worcetershire sauce
  • 2 tsp season salt or Accent
  1. Chop beef and onions into small pieces
  2. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and season salt/Accent.
  3. Mix well and serve with your favorite crackers

This can be shaped in a ball and rolled in walnuts or almonds to make a cheese ball.
