|70 Calorie Chocolate Mousse Recipe||
- 1 1/2 cup fat free Half & Half
- 1 pkg (1.4 oz) fat free, sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 tub (8 oz) frozen light whipped topping, thawed
- In large bowl , whisk together Half & Half and pudding mix until creamy.
- Fold in Whipped topping, reserving 1/4th for decoration.
- Divide into dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Top with remaining cool whip before serving.
