|Easy Potatoes Au Gratin||
- 2 pkgs frozen shredded potatoes
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Half and Half
- 1 stick butter
- Put milk, Half and Half, butter and salt in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it boils.
- Add thawed potatoes and let come to a boil again. (should be thick)
- Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
- Put mixture into 9×13 pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until browned.
