Easy Potatoes Au Gratin
Recipe Type: Vegetable
So easy to make
Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs frozen shredded potatoes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 1 stick butter
Instructions
  1. Put milk, Half and Half, butter and salt in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until it boils.
  2. Add thawed potatoes and let come to a boil again. (should be thick)
  3. Add Parmesan cheese to taste.
  4. Put mixture into 9×13 pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until browned.
