Tuna Casserole, my mom used to make it. It’s egg noodles, tuna, cream of chicken soup and peas. Easy!

My life is quick and easy recipes… homemade mac & cheese is probably my favorite. I have 2 recipes- one for baked mac & cheese, another for stovetop mac & cheese. Both involve making a white sauce while the macaroni is cooking, then combining the pasta, white sauce and cheese. Easy and quick! And not as fluorescent-orange as the stuff in the blue box.

My favorite quick & easy recipe would have to be homemade whole grain cinnamon french toast sticks! Very quick & delicious breakfast!

My favorite quick and easy recipe is scrambled eggs. Breakfast…lunch… name it. You can add nearly anything in the refrigerator and have a hot meal in no time.
