Looks to me like this actually only applies to predesigned mugs with custom text. Photo mugs are also on sale, but not quite as cheap ($8.38 if I recall…?). Just fyi. :)
Thank you, Jena. You’re right. Typically, there is an option during editing to upload your own photo or image, but the option appears to be disabled for this. I’ll fix this.
