Easy Flavored Lowfat Latte Recipe

  • Skim milk
  • Espresso or strong coffee
  • Flavored Coffee Creamer


1. Fill mug 2/3 full of milk. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes.

2. Add 2-3 oz of Espresso or strong coffee and flavored coffee creamer to taste.

Try different flavors!!  This morning I had Pumpkin, but my usual is Italian cream. You can also make this for the kids. Just leave out the coffee.
