- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 7 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
1. Cream together butter and sugar.
2. Add cocoa and vanilla.
3. Add 1 egg and beat for 5 minutes. Add the other egg and beat 5 more minutes.
4. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill until solid.
Change things up a little with a Garnish of whip topping and chocolate swirls. Use a Graham Cracker crust instead of a pie shell.
