I never understood why anyone worried about the thread count of their sheets. Honestly, it seemed like a silly thing to waste money on, since sheets are sheets. I need a good night’s sleep to keep up with my 2 teenage children
I need a good night’s sleep to be a productive mom and wife as I also work a full time job.
Between my three teenage/preteen kids (and trying for one more lil one), working a full time job (I am a dispatch manager for a small trucking company with 17 employees under me and I am on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year so you can imagine the calls I get at all hours of the night), plus all the activities that I am involved in a good nights sleep would be a blessing.
I need a good nights sleep because 3 months ago my boyfriend deployed to Afghanistan. There’s no worse feeling in the world then to get a phone call saying Hi, I’m okay but… yeah that’s what I received 3 weeks after he arrived. Thankfully without going into specifics he was okay, but it’s very stressful at night to go to bed knowing that he is just starting his day and you don’t know what each day will bring. A good nights sleep would be wonderful… I believe I have forgotten what it is to sleep well!
I need a good night’s sleep to be able to handle all the questions, whining, fighting, demands, and everything else that goes hand-in-hand with having a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 6 year old! I definitely notice a difference when I don’t get a good night’s sleep!!

A good night’s sleep is so important to me because it starts my day off on the right foot. I work in a collegiate athletics department and I need all the energy and rest possible to be effective in my daily job. I know when I’ve had a good night’s rest when I wake up 5 minutes before my alarm goes off. I don’t know how, but for some reason when that happens, I know I am ready to kick the day off right.

I can’t tell you how long it has been since I had a good night’s sleep. I am lucky if I get four hours a night. Don’t know what it is maybe the sheets, comforter making me too hot, stress of the bills.

Oh, I could give so many reasons, but I’ll give the most important. I need good sleep because I need to be well rested with the abundant energy that my kids have & I lack. This is one because I am an insomniac and also because I have a 16mo who still wakes up in the middle of the night and awakens bright & early!
