I had this wonderful dish at a Family reunion this weekend.   Thanks Gail and Terry


Use desired amount of each ingredient depending on how much you are wanting.

  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Hamburger   (browned)
  • Spaghetti sauce


1.   Cut spaghetti squash in half, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place in covered backing dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

2. Scrap the spaghetti squash out and place in crock pot or large sauce pan.

3.   Add cooked hamburger and pasta sauce (Canned or home made).   Stir together and heat to desired temperature.

4.   Serve as a side dish.
