Those Post-It coupons have $4 or $5 minimum purchases in order to get the amount off if you look at the fine print under the offer. You would have to buy 4 and get 1 of them for free, for example.
Rena, the Target Back-to-School one doesn’t. It’s just $1/1. I found mine in a Target Back-to-School catalog I git on the mail unexpectedly. Some got a Back-to-College one though that may have different coupons in it. I’m not sure.
Oh, okay. Didn’t notice that. Just saw the 3M coupon links. Those are a lot better then! :)
