- 1 gallon cucumbers – Sliced
- 1/4cup salt
- 4 cups vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 TBSP celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
1. Mix all ingredients (except cucumbers) in large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
2. Let cool slightly and then pour over the cucumbers. Store in covered jars in refrigerator indefinitely.
