- 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 pouch dry onion soup mix
- 6-8 small red potatoes
- 6 medium carrots
- 3 1/2 lb boneless beef roast
1. Stir soup and onion soup mix potatoes and carrots in slow cooker. Add Beef on top. Spoon some of mixture from bottom on top if beef.
2. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high 4-6 hours or until beef is tender.
