i am so not happy.. So i rented 2 movies using my itouch.. but with a touch you can only do one at a time .. So because i used there app. I cant get a free rental.. i am so pissed.. hello rented them and picked up minutes apart.. this stinks
Did you e-mail them? I don’t remember ready anything about the offer excluding rentals on their app, but maybe I missed it. I’m sorry that happened. But, I would call them just to make sure they won’t give you a free rental. They usually have great customer service.
