Hi! Just wanting to see if anyone has tried Purex detergent free and clear? (or their type of allergen-free detergent) We usually use All free and clear but the prices on the Purex are looking pretty good. :) Would love any info on this please!

2 Renay Valiant April 14, 2011 at 1:00 PM

Kim-same here-we only use All free and clear HE but with $1 per bottle-we bought the Purex last night-I compared the bottle for ingredients just now to the All and it is so different. I guess I should do a load of laundry with it to figure out what I think-but it sometimes takes weeks to know if a skin reaction will happen etc…not to mention we aren’t sure if it’s truly formulated for an HE washer-so I hope others will chime in here too—I am also going to contact the company and ask about the HE part since it has same instructions for all machines. HTH *some* ;-) ~Renay

PS Love the Marsh match-ups…is there a better deal than $1 for domino sugar ??? That one has caught my eye
PPS the ice mountain q isn’t working-sad, loved that idea.
PPPS My Marsh had Smuckers cupcake shell topping marked down to $1.32 a bottle and there is a $1/2 tearpad out there…good deal;-)

Renay, glad you love the match-ups. I love the $1 sugar too!

Next, why isn’t the $1/2 Ice Mountain coupon working? I have already printed it, so can’t try again. The site is live. Has it reached it’s print limit after you register? Or is it simply not printing? If so, contact them. They’ll probably send you one. It most likely won’t reach you in time, but you’ll have it for later. It meets all the requirements, according to the one I printed, so Marsh should take it without a problem.

And, finally, thanks for the tip on the Smuckers!

kim, just talking about this today with a friend. I am not super picky about detergents, but I love Wisk, Arm & Hammer, Tide, Era and have recently added Purex to favorites.

okay…use the $0.75/2 Domino Sugar Product 3/27/2011 RP Insert (exp 5/31/2011) and pay .66 cents for the sugar.

It says:

Sorry!
We are having difficulties displaying this page. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.

I did contact them-but haven’t heard anything back-I’ve tried several times today to get it to print (b/c it’s such a great deal;-) – google, ie-nothing;-) Oh well, easy come, easy go;-)
