Easy Taco Chicken Recipe

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts ( cut into medium pieces)
  • 1 jar Salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water


1.   Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook all day. (or until you can shred with a fork)

I use this recipe all the time. Except I add a few extra items. I add 1 can black beans (drained) and 1 can corn (drained)
Then right before serving, I throw in 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. It is soooo delicious and adds an extra oomph.

Oh, thanks for the tip. I like to toss extras in most of my recipes too.

I usually use my own spices as opposed to taco seasoning mix but other than that this is something that would be wonderful to whip up in my crock-pot. I can just taste it, wrapped up in a corn tortilla, YUM
