I have an exciting announcement!   I’m partnering with Green B.E.A.N. Delivery Indiana, an organic product and natural grocery provider int he Indiana area to help make our family meals even healthier!

They’ll be delivering a Large Fruit & Vegetable Bin to my doorstep this week and again in two weeks!   This week I’ll be receiving:

  • 1 Bunch Organic Asparagus
  • 2 lb. Organic Broccoli
  • 1 lb. Green Beans (Conventionally Grown)
  • 1 Bunch Organic Cilantro
  • 2 Organic Lemons
  • 3 Organic Mangoes
  • 1 Yellow Organic Onion
  • 7 Organic Navel Oranges
  • 1 (24 oz.) Organic Russian Banana Fingerling Potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) Salad Mix Greens (Pesticide Free, Sustainably Grown)
  • 2 (16 oz.) Organic Strawberries

The cost of this bin is $49 and it’s delivered straight to my doorstep, so it saves me some time.

When I pick up produce at the grocery store, I’m often disappointed in the quality or it ends up going bad very quickly.   I’m hoping Green B.E.A.N. Delivery will be a source of quality produce, plus a source for a wider variety of organic foods.   I can’t wait to see if I can work this into our monthly budget somehow.

We’ll see when my bin arrives tomorrow!

However, Green B.E.A.N. Delivery also has some great prices on organic groceries that you can add to your bin!

We’ve been receiving Green BEAN delivery for a few years now. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I hope you enjoy it too! I’ll look forward to reading about your experience.

Wonderful Sara! Are you getting it weekly or bi-weekly? I’m wondering if I’ll have more than I need or just enough.

We have done both weekly and bi-weekly. Generally speaking, I find the contents are fresher and therefore last longer than grocery store products so depending on your consumption bi-weekly could work for you. What I’ve discovered though, for my own convenience, weekly is better. Sometimes if we have company I want to have more on hand and it’s easier to cancel a weekly box (for weeks where it is just us) than it is to plan in advance to change the bi-weekly box to weekly. Does that make sense? We have been so pleased and I hope you will be too. I have some notes and pictures that I’ve posted on Facebook if you’re interested.

Green Bean bought out a smaller company here in Ohio – I love it! I meal plan and plan my box for Wednesday (delivery day) to Wednesday. There produce lasts way longer than conventional grocery store and always is top quality.
