Robert, this is a website that simply shares deals. To get the FREE lunchbox, you have to buy the required number of Lean Cuisine meals, then click the link provided in the article and enter the UPC codes from your meals. Lean Cuisine will send you the FREE lunchbox. In Good Cents simply notifies you of great deals available. I don’t, however, work for or have a relationship with the businesses providing the deals, unless otherwise mentioned. I removed your address from this comment to protect your privacy, since comments are visible by anyone any time.

If you have trouble inputing codes, don’t expect help. If you buy boxes without a code, don’t expect a response from them. I requested a code and got the response to reinput the code. I have written it off as a not worth the effort.

That stinks. I can’t stand it when companies have such horrible customer service. That should be a main focus of every company. Making things hard for customers can’t benefit them.

Yep. They emailed me today asking for info I already sent them. On top of that, the free code I got from a grocery coupon no longer shows in my balance. I got another code today which the system won’t take. I know other people are having the same problem. I just threw everything out. I’ll just go buy a lunch bag somewhere. These aren’t worth the headache.

Denise,
That happened to me. I wrote them and they did put a code into my account with a note to me stating they were sorry.

What a rip-off. I have yet to get a code to work…think this is a trick to get us to buy their products!

All of my codes have worked perfectly fine, make sure if you’re putting them in you’re including the dashes.

Thank you, Rai. I haven’t actually entered any yes, but my mom and I both got lunchboxes last year with no issues at all..

The problem is that the codes are hard to read. I guarantee that in regards to the first commenter, either her O is really a D, or her H is really an N. They only give you a few chances a day to input a code wrong before they kick you out until the next day. Really stare at those codes to decifer them, the 6′s can also look like G’s.
(For the record, all my codes had a ‘D’ in them, none had either a 0 (zero) or O (oh). I had both N’s and H’s)
Good Luck!

Yeah, Mary. I experience that too. They should make them easy to read! Making things hard for customers really doesn’t help your business.

I had issues with the first two codes but they responded and sent me new codes after I sent them the bar code info from the boxes. Since then, I haven’t had any issues at all. A friend of mine also had boxes with no codes and they sent her codes to use.

I’m so disappointed with this promotion. The folks at Lean Cuisine clearly didn’t plan this well. Over 50% of the boxes I purchased after Jan 1 were missing a code. The promo clearly says codes are supposed to be on all boxes, not just those with the lunch bags featured on the front. They say you can contact them to get a code but that’s a hassle. When I’ve been lucky enough to find a box with a code, at least half the time the system hasn’t accepted it.

I wrote to Lean Cuisine a couple of times to get help and heard back just once via email. When I emailed a complaint, I received a coupon in the mail for a free entree.

At this point, I’ve given up on the free lunch bag. Oh well.

The zipper pull on the lunch bag was of extremely poor quality. I saved and religiously entered the codes, which were ridiculous to decipher, so I could get one for my daughter. The bag finally came, and she was so excited. She was able to use it exactly 2X before the pull came off in her hand. Her older, married sister decided to give her the bag she ordered. The pull came off the first time she used it. Although the bags were very attractive, the cheap metal on the zipper pull made them garbage in a few days. I’m sure for just a penny or two a better quality metal could have been used, making the lunch bags usable for more than a day. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Definitely not worth all the hassle.

I’m really tired of trying to get my lunch bag that my points were taken out last year. I called, email etc… was told it would be on the way. What way by polar express from Santa. I’m like some of the other customers this is a fluke to keep buying the products. I’ve given the company plenty of time to send my bag,if I don’t receive my bag by the middle of next month;you can keep my points and throw them in the trash. I won’t be buying your products in the future.

Karen, I’ve heard that a lot of customers had some issues last year. First, you may want to try contacting Lean Cuisine. I was simply sharing the rebate and am not associated with Lean Cuisine in anyway. Everyone I know personally did get theirs, though it took time. However, you should definitely have it by now. Have you tried calling customer service and speaking with an actual person? That seems the best way to handle this, from what I’ve heard.

Denise, the bag is so cute. I love mine. But I hear a lot of people are having an issue with it this year. Last year, I didn’t hear this, but this year was a mess. I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you.
