
- 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 – 8oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 TBSP milk
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- fresh fruit – cut up for topping
- Slice cookie dough about 1/8th inch thick and place on pizza pan.
- Bake as directed on pkg then let cool
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Mix in enough milk to make is spreadable
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooled cookie dough
- Add fresh fruit on top if cream cheese mixture
- In small sauce pan on med heat mix preserves with enough water to make so you can drizzle over top of the fruit.
- Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8
