
- 2 – 16 oz cherry Jello
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 – 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- Dissolve Jello in hot water
- Add cold water and pie filling
- Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill until firm
- Whip cream cheese and pineapple and spread over top of gelatin mixture
- Cut into squares and serve
