I always try to buy one size up!
bring you own bag or laundry basket to carry your purchases
Make sure you eat before hand!!! I’ve been to sales and forgot to eat and I was worn out and tired before I should have been.

My best finds at consignment sales are the designer baby jeans for a fraction of the cost :) Love it!
I couldn’t begin to tell you all the great deals I’ve found at consignment sales. I was thrilled to find Miracle Blankets for only a dollar or two. Considering these things are $25-30 new, what a deal! Hope to find another one this year. They get passed around to my friends. :)
I haven’t been to one yet, but I would love to find some of the last minute items I need before my baby arrives! Right now, that list would include a bassinet, a glider and cloth diapers (if they have them there), in addition to small odds and ends, and of COURSE clothes!! Oh, and I have room for inspiration with her room, so if I could find a lamp or some other unique and interesting decorative piece, that would be great, too.

I’m consigning a couple cloth diapers and a couple wool soakers. :)
I have not been to a consignment sale. I heard it’s best to not take your kids and bring a basket.
My best consignment find has been on a couple of toys. They were almost brand new and less than half the cost so I didn’t feel bad when they entertained my son for only a month or two.
I have never been to a consignment sale before but I do know that you should not bring children! With a 16 month old daughter and a boy due in January, it’s about time I get to one!
My 2 best finds were a Leapfrog Tag reader with books for $12 and Discovery Toys Marble Works for $6! My son loves the Tag reader and it’s educational (extra bonus). The MarbleWorks keeps both my boys busy and it helps them work together to build great creations. Love a great bargain!!!!
I found an adorable dress at a consignment store for a quarter. My daughter has worn it all summer and is always getting compliments on it…not bad for 25 centst:)
I found several very cute dresses for my daughter for under $3 each!
This might sound funny but the best thing I have boughten is a sling that was recalled after I bought it. I was able to exchange it for a front carrier that I really wanted and it was new and even came with a toy. I got something brand new for $2.
The best find for me was a gently used $25 JUMPEROO for my son last spring! He LOVES that thing. He’s getting too big for it now, but still begs to get in there and bounce around!!!
I love finding good deals on Gymboree clothes for my daughter. My best find was the cutest little sailor outfit for $2.50! I couldn’t believe it!
I’ve never been to this one so I’m hoping to find some toys for my sons to put away for Christmas!
I’ve never been to a consignment sale, but what I’m hoping to find at this one are some nice winter coats.
I always try to think ahead to next season.

I sell DISCOVERY TOYS, so I’m always looking for gently used past/present DT toys/games. I also like to find CD’s or older Disney movies.
I love finding toys and clothes that look brand new for a fraction of the cost!
