I’d never made hot dog buns before, but they were so easy!
I just used the Amish Bread recipe I shared a few weeks ago. I made the dough in my breadmaker, then shaped them to rise, then cook. Just don’t make them too big, or they’ll be huge when they rise. I learned that one the hard way.
Bake at 400 for about 10-12 minutes until done and slice to serve.

- Change It Up: You can use this recipe to make hamburger buns too.
- Get Creative: Try other yeast bread recipes, like honey-wheat. They’ll work just as well.
- Freezer Cooking: When the bread cools completely, wrap in alunimum foil, then store in a plastic freezer bag. Thaw completely at room temperature before serving.
