No. My Kroger doubles coupons up to $0.50. However, if you take the $2 off 1 Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers coupon from the Smart Source insert that was in the January, 3, 2010, the store will enter it for $1.88 making the $1.88 Healthy Choice Meals free. The other coupons will make your total a bit more, but that’s why its “as low as”, meaning that’s the absolute lowest price you can get if you use the highest value coupon, which is that $2/1 listed at the bottom.
Love you Beth! I love you every week for making me such a smart shopper…but I never post so I thought I would. Just got back from Kroger and I spend $66.28 for 64 items, saving $117.19 after coupons and Kroger Plus savings! I bought 60 things on their $5.00/10 Mega Event. I can’t believe that one year ago I used to just randomly walk through the grocery store without even paying attention to sales, ads, coupons or even the price of items. I had no clue what a gallon of milk cost. I wasted so much money and I never even knew! Thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much for posting, Stephanie! I’m so glad you’re saving so much. I did the same thing once upon a time. I wish I’d known about coupons and how they work a lot earlier. But, at least we found out eventually, right!? I’m not going to think about how much I wasted.
