Turkey & Sweet Potato Pot Pie Recipe

1 1/2 cups turkey (cooked, chopped)
1 1/2 cups sweet potatoes (chopped or mashed)
1 cup peas or sweet peas (fresh or frozen & thawed)
3 TBSP onion (chopped)
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup turkey gravy or chicken cream soup
1 pie crust

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients, except the pie crust in a large bowl. Pour into pie crust and top of with the top of your pie crust. Pinch closed.

Baked 25-30 minutes until bubbling and your crust is golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
