Turkey Manhattans are one of my favorite meals to make after Thanksgiving, because you already have all your ingredients and just have to heat them up.
It’s simple. First, make a turkey sandwich. Cut the sandwich in half and seperate. Place a scoop of mash potatoes between the sandwich halves and douse the entire plate in gravy. You can also top with addition turkey if desired. Enjoy!
