Turkey & Cheese Quesadillas Recipe

My children LOVE quesadillas, because they are like the Mexican version of grilled cheese.
Ingredients
2 large tortillas
shredded turkey (cooked)
cheddar cheese
butter
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Butter the outer sides of the tortillas. Toss one in the pan and then throw on some turkey and a good amount of cheese (you really can’t have too much!). Place the other tortilla on top. When cheese begins to melt, so the two tortillas are stuck together, flip and cook the other side. Serve with sour cream and/or salsa.
Change It Up: You can add chopped onions, jalapenos, refried beans, cooked/ chopped bell peppers or sweet peppers… the alternatives are endless!
