Raspberry Shrimp Salad Recipe

Shrimp (chilled, not frozen)
Apples (diced)
Cranberries (dried)
Walnuts and/or Almonds
Cucumbers (sliced)
Raspberry Vinaigrette

The quantities of all ingredients depend on if you are making a single salad for one individual or a huge salad for a group. It’s very easy to gauge as you add ingredients though! Shred lettuce and toss with raspberries, nuts, apples, cranberries, cucumbers, and vinaigrette. Top with shrimp and serve cold!
