We like camping at many of Indiana's state parks – Shades is probably a favorite. I like going to Cool Creek Park for a quicker hiking trip, though. Getting lost in the woods there, next to the creek, is so quiet and peaceful.

My favorite place to camp is in our far back yard, with the kids under the stars, looking for the constellations, relaxing around a warm campfire and telling tall tales that were told to me and my husband when we were little.
Anywhere by the sea, beach is my fave place be one with nature!

Our family is fortunate to live in Alaska and we are surrounded by an unlimited amount of beautiful camping areas. We also love to camp in the lower 48 – especially Montana and our favorite spot of all is Yellowstone! We have 4 kids and can't afford to travel via hotels so camping is not only affordable but a great way to appreciate the simple things in life. I have 6 year old son that is allergic to milk and nature valley granola treats are milk free and a favorite or ours not just for camping but all of the time!! Thanks for offering this chance to win a great prize. Jill W. — – Wasilla, AK
Totally forgot to post my favorite place to camp…I love Tippecanoe River State Park. It's fun, and it's near my home town. We always run into family when we're there.
We like to camp at Massasoit State park. Thanks for the chance.

Oh my, it is hard to narrow it down to just one favorite place to camp! We are fortunate enough to have several state park less than an hour drive from us. I would have to say that St. Andrews State Park in Panama City Beach, Florida is one of my favorite. Mainly because of all the family memories we have made there.

We like to camp at Lake Lemon just outside Bloomington. But where we really like to be near nature is at Cascades Park. There is a short hike that leads to a waterfall. There are ledges everywhere you can just sit on and listen to the water!

Yeah, I'm a facebook fan, too! We love to camp down at a friend's farm. We spend the weekend riding around on the 4-wheelers and have big campfire with friends in the fall.

We like to be in the mountains in the autumn when the leaves are so colorful. If there's a waterfall, that's an extra joy!

I am not a big camper, but I love to take day trips and love to spend the day at the beach. I love watching the sunset and the waves crash on the rocks.
My favorite place to be with nature is in the sierras in california. Yosemite and all around there is such a beautiful place.
Mine is definitely the local state park. Thanks! scg00387 at yahoo dot com
