Saving Money on Baby

If you’re a mom or a dad, you know! Babies are expensive. So, when you’re buying diapers, stocking up on formula, and all of the other necessities, how can you save money?
Go Straight to the Source
Many manufacturers stick coupons in the newspaper or have them available online, but they save their best coupons for their VIPs. How do you become a VIP? Sign up on their website to be on their mailing list and/or subscribe to their newsletter! While you may see a $1.50/1 coupon for Huggies in the newspaper, you can get $3/1 in the mail by being a VIP. Plus, formula companies send high-value checks for their products!

Wait for the 8’s (or lower!)
Typically, manufacturers and stores trick our mind by making something $19.99 instead of $20.00, so it looks cheaper. It works too! If you buy diapers or formula on a monthly basis, wait and buy when the price goes to $18.99.
You’ll often see diapers on sale for $9.99, $19.99, or $29.99. The lowest diapers go on a regular basis without a bonus deal (like a FREE gift card, store coupon to stack, etc…) is around $8, $18, or $28. Though sometimes they do drop lower, this is a price you can always count on to come around soon.
If you can wait even longer until you can use a store coupon on top of your manufacturer coupon, you’ll save even more. For example, Huggies are $8.99 this week at Target, but with the $1.50/1 Target coupon and the $3/1 Huggies VIP coupon, you can snag them for as low as $4.49! Stock up with prices drop extremely low like this, so you don’t have to buy them at full price.
Get it FREE!
I often snag diapers absolutely FREE from Swagbucks! How? All I do is search the internet like normal and save up my Swagbucks to buy gift cards. When I have enough gift cards to buy a box of diapers that qualify for FREE shipping, I do! You can get almost anything on and with Swagbucks, you can drop the price down dramatically cheaper or even FREE!
Other ways to snag FREE or cheap baby stuff is to use your CVS ECBs, Walgreens RR, gift card, or FREE gift card with medicine.
