I did buy some things for my daughter’s 5th birthday party and sleepover this weekend. I plan on pumping those poor girls full of junk food and letting them stay up way too late, then sending them home to their parents!

Have you noticed that the shortcuts.com coupons that you can load on your Kroger card have been ringing up even when you have a paper coupon for the same item? It's been consistent the last few times for me. Also, I've noticed that sometimes they double and triple my coupons.com coupons (even though the coupons say they should not double/triple) and sometimes they don't. Are these just flukes?
It is a fluke in their system, but it tends to happen at almost every Kroger! My Kroger posted huge signs when cellfire came out letting us know that you can't stack cellfire coupons with manufacturer, but they still come off automatically and I can't choose a paper coupon over the cellfire coupon, so I usually just let the fluke occur and don't worry about it. I used to try to be nice and point it out, but they can't correct it in their system!

I went to kroger today to pick up fruit/produce and the Mega deals. I spent $37 and "saved" $75. I was pretty happy about that. Among lots of other things I left with about 12 boxes of cereal for .49 – .99 each. :)
