While we’re eating from the freezer, instead of sharing recipes I’m using to make meals through out the week, I’m sharing a few of my favorite recipes! I have to thank my Aunt Leanne for this absolutely delicious and extremely easy recipe!
INGREDIENTS
1 Box White Cake Mix
3 Ripe Bananas
Applesauce (or Cinnamon Applesauce)
Make the cake as directed, however replace the oil with applesauce to lower the fat content and help the cake rise a bit better. Use cinnamon applesauce to add a bit more flavor. Mash bananas and mix into the cake mix. Bake as directed.
You can mix up the fruits in this extremely easy cake. Try strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or whatever you have on hand!
