1 lb Hamburger
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (frozen or fresh)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Minced Onion
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Combine all ingredients and kneed until well blended. Shape into meatballs and place on a cookie sheet. At this point, you may freeze them raw or cook them. To freeze, tray freeze them. To cook, bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes and cool, then tray freeze.

Thaw at room temperature. If uncooked, bake according to directions above. If cooked heat stove top, in the microwave, or in the oven. Freezer meatballs can be used to make stroganoff, spaghetti, meatball sandwiches, sweet & sour meatballs, and meatball soup. The uses are limitless!
