Stuffed Pasta Shells Recipe

INGREDIENTS
4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 Carton Ricotta Cheese
10 Oz Chopped Spinach (frozen & thawed or fresh)
1 Pkg Jumbo Pasta Shells (cooked & drained)
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 Lb Hamburger (optional, cooked & drained, mix w/ Spaghetti Sauce)
Extra Mozzarella or Parmesan (to top, if desired)
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cheeses with spinach and stuff into shells. Arrange in a greased baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce (with cooked hamburger, if desired). Top with extra Parmesans or mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 12+ servings, so you will have left overs for lunches or another dinner!
