How to i make this headed to store in freezer
Donnisha, when I did this series, I talked about freezing something then gave a recipe to match up that week. This week we were talking about freezing fruits, vegetables, and even yogurt to extend their life, then using them in a recipe, since they aren’t so good just thawed. So you’d freeze the ingredients individually. That’s why it says “thawed or fresh” or “frozen or fresh” next to a few of them.
