4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup milk
seasoned bread crumbs (or season yourself w/ Italian seasoning)
2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
16 oz spaghetti sauce
Pound chicken to flatten slightly. Beat eggs and milk together. Dip the chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Slice 8 pieces of mozzarella cheese and lay across each chicken breast to cover them almost entirely. Pour 1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce over all.
