Saving & Staying Healthy

in Coupons & Rebates

When people hear I have a very low weekly grocery budget, the first question out of their mouth is, “Yeah, but what do you eat?”. I think they automatically assume that because I don’t spend much, I end up with a pantry full of junk food and other low quality products. The truth is that I actually improved the quality of food my family was eating when I started clipping coupons and stacking deals to save money.

You can lower your grocery bill without changing how you and your family eat. In fact, you can actually improve how you eat!

So if you eat organic foods, how do you save on those? The methods are still the same. You just have to know where to find the coupons! With organic foods being so popular, they often go on sale at the grocery stores and you can find coupons for organic foods almost anywhere you can find coupons, but below are a few sites to add to your coupon sources for healthy, natural, and organic foods:

Blue Diamond

Brown Cow

Coleman Natural

Delicious Living

Dream Field Foods

Earthbound Farm Organics

Earth’s Best Organics

Horizon Organic

Imagine

Kiss My Face

Mambo Sprouts

Muir Glen

Organic Prairie

Organic Valley

R.W. Knudsen

Santa Cruz Organic

Seventh Generation

Silk Soymilk

Stonyfield Farms

Turtle Mountain
