Once you start eating at home a lot, you’ll start to realize that you are accumulating a fridge full of left overs. Once or twice a week, my family has a left-over night in which I grab out all our left-overs, heat them up, and place them on the table. Everyone can pick and choose what they’d like to eat and create their own meals. My kids love this, because they are completely in charge of their dinner and can grab their favorites! I love it too, because it gives me a night off from cooking!

Thanks for visiting me from ring around the blog. This is a great tip and sometimes works for me but mostly we eat all the leftovers for our lunches. I feel like I’m always cooking, even when I make extra! But at least it isn’t being tossed…usually.
