While surfing the net for coupons and signing up for freebies and samples, you can accumulate a lot of junk e-mail from different companies. You can avoid wading through this mess each morning by signing up for a FREE e-mail account with a provider like GMail, Yahoo, or Hotmail and using it as a dumping station for these newsletters, notifications, and extra e-mails you might not necessarily want. Do look through them ever so often though, because they may contain a great FREE sample or coupon!
You can even grab a FREE voice mail only phone number HERE, to avoid unwanted calls.

This is what I did..and I made the address short and sweet, one 2 letters, so I am not typing n a long email address for my free stuff :)
