Pumpkin Pie Smoothies & Pumpkin Smoothies Recipe

2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups frozen apple juice concentrate (12 ounces)
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cups water

First, freeze the pumpkin puree for approximately 1 hour. Combine all ingredients (excluding water) in the blender and blend until smooth. Add water to fill blender and blend. Serve cold!

Also try the same recipe with these ingredients for plain Pumpkin Smoothies:
12 cups pumpkin puree (frozen)
2 cups milk
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
