Pumpkin Oatmeal Recipe

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup soy milk or regular milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
3 dashes ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)

Stir the oats, soy milk, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency. Serve warm and garnish with walnuts and honey.
